This is the model withdrawal form for purchases of goods and services that are not financial services. It is here because the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act requires us to make it available to you — not because you have to use it.

You are not required to use this form. You may notify us of withdrawal in any way you like. A plain email to kontakt@kodovault.no is enough, and is the simplest route.

The right of withdrawal, in brief

The deadline is 14 days from the date of purchase.
You must notify us within the deadline. No reason is required.
We refund the full amount, with no deduction for the period you have used the service.

The form follows the model in Annex I(B) to the Consumer Rights Directive, as required by the Norwegian regulation on information duties and the right of withdrawal.
